Where we ship

We ship from Agadir throughout Morocco and internationally (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, North America and Gulf countries). Available countries are listed at checkout.

Costs and lead times

Shipping costs for your address are clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible; transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

For shipments outside Morocco, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes, payable by the recipient.

Cash on delivery (Morocco)

For deliveries within Morocco you can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. We will call you to confirm your order before shipping.

Right of withdrawal

You have 7 days (customers in Morocco, Law 31-08) or 14 days (customers living in the European Union) from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic and food products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned.

To withdraw, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number. Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by you, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Damaged item or wrong order

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll quickly find a solution (replacement or refund).
