Data collected and purposes

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address, order content – to process, deliver and track your order (performance of contract) and meet accounting obligations.
• Newsletter: email address – to send you news, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Contact form: name, email, message – to answer your request.
• Customer reviews: first name, rating and comment – published after moderation.

Recipients and processors

Your data is used by Natfabrica and its technical providers solely to deliver the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (card payments – Natfabrica never sees your card details), Resend (transactional emails) and the delivery carrier. Some providers may process data outside Morocco and the EU with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Order data is kept for the legal accounting retention period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your bag is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. A secure technical cookie is used only for access to the administration area.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase your data (and, in the EU, to restrict processing and to data portability). To exercise them, email info@natfabrica.com. You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco) or your national data protection authority.
