Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern sales made on the Natfabrica website between Natfabrica (the "Seller") and any person placing an order (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual. Cosmetic products are for external use; a patch test is recommended before first use.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
The Customer selects products, enters their details, chooses a payment method and confirms the order after accepting these terms. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card through the secure Stripe platform, or in cash on delivery for orders delivered in Morocco. Card details never pass through the Seller's servers.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery conditions, areas and costs are detailed on the "Shipping & returns" page. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 7 days (Moroccan Law 31-08) or 14 days (consumers living in the European Union) from receipt to withdraw. This right does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, nor to opened food products. Details are on the "Shipping & returns" page.
8. Warranties and liability
The Customer benefits from the applicable legal warranties. The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or for an individual reaction (allergy, intolerance) to any of their ingredients.
9. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence. An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. [To be completed by Natfabrica]: competent court.
