Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (secure payment by Stripe) or, for deliveries within Morocco, in cash on delivery.
How does cash on delivery work?
Choose "Cash on delivery" at checkout. We call you to confirm, then you pay in cash when your parcel arrives. This option is only available in Morocco.
Which currency are prices shown in?
Prices are displayed and charged in euros (€). If your card is in dirhams or another currency, your bank handles the conversion.
How can I track my order?
Go to the "Track my order" page and enter your order number and email. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
Shipping & returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from Agadir throughout Morocco, the European Union, the UK, Switzerland, North America and the Gulf countries. Costs are shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within the legal withdrawal period, provided the product has not been opened or unsealed (hygiene reasons). See our Shipping & returns page.
Our products
What is the difference between cosmetic and culinary argan oil?
Cosmetic argan oil is pressed from unroasted kernels and is meant for skin and hair. Culinary argan oil comes from roasted kernels, which gives it a nutty taste, and is used in cooking.
How do I use prickly pear seed oil?
Apply 2 to 3 drops in the evening to clean skin, massaging gently. It can also be used around the eyes and on the neck.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with natural ingredients, but every skin is different. We recommend a patch test on the inside of the elbow 24 hours before first use. If pregnant, breastfeeding or in doubt, ask a healthcare professional.
Are your products medicines?
No. Our products are cosmetics designed to care for skin and hair. They do not replace medical advice or treatment.
